The Pikes Peak Section Scholarship Committee is in the process of reviewing applications and selecting the winners. There are 17 excellent applicants so far, and only enough funding for 6 scholarships.
The awards are for $500 or $1000 a piece, and donations of any amount are being accepted so we can award more scholarships to these deserving girls.
If you or your company, or someone that you know, would like to make a contribution to the scholarship fund (or if you would just like more information), please contact Carole Passmore at carole_passmore@agilent.com
The Rocky Mountain Section will be honoring their essay contest winners, scholarship recipients, and volunteers at their annual awards brunch. An Order of the Engineer ceremony will also be performed for those interested. More information about the Engineer's Oath is available at http://www.order-of-the-engineer.org
